Don’t order with Lisa she always over charges on parts, she is also very rude with customers.
Frank and Lawrence were great with me and my company. They ordered the door replacement for my Reefer and it came the next day and the trailer was ready soon after. They have great customer service and the are efficient at what they do.
We called ahead of time. Ask Lawrence. If we can drop it off, he said yes. When we dropped it off I asked Lawrence do you have an ETA when it will be done He told me it will be done by Friday. We call Monday and they told us that the trailer is inside getting looked at. Frank and Lawrence told us that the trailer is getting looked at.
