Drove 50 miles just for them to tell me they didn't have the part. Day before Joe said he had it there no problem and promised me it was the part, it wasn't. Jaime ordered the part, will take 7 days to arrive. Jaime deserves a raise! Joe deserves to be demoted!!
Brad was extremely helpful after my call got routed from PHX AZ into their Boise office, but that didnt stop Brad from being a Rockstar! He didnt make me call and chase people, he talked to his people and they got the answer I needed quickly as well as having the Phoenix location reach out to ME so I dont have to spend all day on the phone hoping to get the right person/department! Excellent customer service, excellent problem solving and overall excellent experience!!
