They charge you 3% on ever transaction. They do not have budget billing. Only time they won’t charge you 3% is if you do a money order or check. You can’t set up a checking account for payment either. Oh there is also a billing fee so far it’s about $5 a statement. As a tenant, this is just pure manipulation. These fees were not discussed prior to leasing.
Well it works to collect money, site is just terrible. They charge a fee to collect utility info the charge another fee if you pay them.
