I watched what appeared to be a supervisor and a new guy pulling a hot meter socket from a panel. The new guy began struggling to press it back in, and the supervisor took over, working hot on a 100A service without his PPE. No gloves, no shield. No respect for the written procedures in place that I'm sure exist. Quite ironic since this company stresses safety. The best part is that the supervisor was vaping on people's properties.
They came to change my meter for SMUD and messed it up. The problem wasn’t the technical mess up but the rest of the whole experience. They messed up the panel, they didn’t notify me, I had an early day 15min appointment, I’m at work. They came at 10:13am (front yard cameras show me this). My kids walk home from school, they notify me at 4pm, there are people on my roof, this was not authorized, my kids go inside the house, it’s over 100 outside, so the house and our dog haven’t had AC,, it’s hot inside, there’s strangers on... read more
I must say I enjoyed my time working with this company. I built something like a brotherly love for some of the guys, like Joe, Bob, Shane, Chris Cotton (took some fatherly lessons from him and Mr. Chris SERALS), and got on the bad side of people like Mr. Gilmore, Mr. Anderson (both not liking my step up approach or freedom of speech), I traveled to places I didn’t think I would see. If I could give this company no stars I would. I worked for this company awhile ago but I really don't see how they're still around. The male employees are sexist and HR is a complete joke. Please do your research before working for this shady company!
Beware of the new smart meter you will be charged for the installation they say it's free but its not you will see a 300 dollar raise on you electric bill don't do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
