This company contracted with the municipal utilities in my city. Between UMS and the city, citizens here are being illegally mandated to have advanced smart meters installed against their will. My electric meter was changed without my authorization, they waited until I went to work one morning like cowards and left be their commie calling card. Ohio law requires an opt out be provided for advanced smart utility meters, this is why the citizen led lawsuit against the city is going to be a victory for the citizens.
Today you had incompetent workers blocking off a busy street, putting their truck in the road when there was a side street and Plenty of room off the road Easily available. YOU are lucky between Gilbert Dr and E Ridge Dr there was not an accident with truck in the road and ONE road cone.
