Why tf I am being charged a $4 processing fee for using my debit card, on top of a service fee. I used $16.15 of water yet owe over $32 cause of all your bs fees
As you can see from the low reviews this company is definitely probably one of the worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with it’s unfortunate I renewed my lease because now I have to deal with these simpletons for another year (that’s if they don’t go out of business before then which I’m hopeful for.) Brennan was kind and patient which is very important in customer service as you never know what a person is going through. .
The extra fees are just insane. You guys are literally stealing from people.
I reached out to UMS as they were charging me a late fee on my bill even though I had signed up for automatic bill pay on the app through my checking account as well as because my utility bill was nearly quadruple what I had paid in the past. You’ll have to take my word for it that I definitely was not using quadruple the amount of utilities.
