Like a lot of the other reviews, I’ve had a ton of problems with extra fees and hassles. I assume my residence switched to them because someone is getting a kickback. The fees and hassles are ridiculous.
I would rate zero stars if I could. Every other billing system I am a part of I have set up on autopay no problem. You can set up auto pay but it only uses CC which means a $5 “convenience fee”. To avoid this fee you have to use bill pay through your bank which takes 2 weeks to deliver. The bill ALSO posts late meaning you nearly always pay late forcing you to either lake the $10 late fee or use the CC convenience fee to rush. Why tf I am being charged a $4 processing fee for using my debit card, on top of a service fee. I used $16.15 of water yet owe over $32 cause of all your bs fees
As you can see from the low reviews this company is definitely probably one of the worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with it’s unfortunate I renewed my lease because now I have to deal with these simpletons for another year (that’s if they don’t go out of business before then which I’m hopeful for.) The customer service reps are incompetent as well as their supervisor Jason and we all know a team is a reflection of their management.
