I guess I don't really understand the point of this service? The only useful part of it was when she read out the comparative prices for wifi, home warranty, and security. But honestly it's so easy to find this information these days that this service feels redundant. Especially because I had to sign a document and wait for them to call me to confirm a setup date for the wifi install. At that point it's really just easier for me to do that on my own. My experience with Move Concierge has been very great! The concierge agent, Juan Rivera, is very smart, friendly, and described the services for my internet and cable services for my new home. Juan also detailed the auto-pay discount for my services which will be a great advantage for my home! I am looking forward to using this service for my move-in date!
