The representative for this building is unprofessional and rude, I had an appointment for a unit and nobody showed and nobody bothered to call me and let me know that nobody is going to show up. Very uncaring
They care about the wrong things and can’t accommodate you! Pay rent on-time and they still poor trash and no communication skills! Don’t know how to talk to people! If verbally didn’t help me then what makes you think an email would!!! Everyone needs to be aware of this dump of an apartment! You can’t get any updates unless you pay extra! All the other apartments give updates with no problem! EVERYTHING IS ABOUT MONEY WITH THE MANAGEMENT!!
A lot of fixing that they did like with the heat is still hot in here I was told back in October that it would be fixed that develops downstairs have to be fixed so you can regulate it from your Upstairs heat thing still experiencing it being hot in here or they come in and fix only half of what you have. I am not satisfied with the maintenance. like to ceiling looks like it is starting to leak again in the bathroom.
