Just moved in 5 days ago. Apartment personnel was very personable and helpful in showing me available units. Overall Experience was good when looking for the Unit I chose . Now getting settled in just waiting to get a thing or two taken care of in the Unit as soon as possible . Nothing is perfect besides having roof over my head so I can’t give 5 stars yet but So far so good… I will definitely be back with a more detailed review after completely settling in ….

Had an appointment booked for nearly a week with the leasing office this morning at 10am, I had gotten both email confirmations and a phone call confirmation during the week. My wife and I showed up 10 minutes early to be responsible, and we were ghosted. Rang the doorbell in 40 degree cold multiple times; there didn’t even appear to be lights on inside. Called the number and nobody was answering the phone, and even now 2.5 hours later nobody has returned my voicemail. How unprofessional. The parking lot is full of potholes ... read more
Rude unprofessional. Paperwork doesn’t match computer system documents don’t take accountability was told to go off of what rentcafe says but numbers doesn’t match nor adds up correctly. Possibility fraud
