Went in for a tour and may have just fell in love. The property manager Alexandria was so sweet and professional. Great customer service on her part.
Well this is a quiet place. I was able to grieve in peace when my mom passed away and Jay and Alex showed me a lot of respect and empathy during the grief. The team showed a lot of empathy and compassion and suggest if you need a great place to start then this is it. Thank you Jay and Alex
I would just like to say Thank You to Jay the property manager!!! You could not ask for a nicer more caring man!!! He’s there every time you need something!! I literally have not 1 complaint with The Cove on 13 anymore since Jay has become Property Manager!!! Since Jay started you can see a huge improvement and it’s a great thing to see!!! Again thank you Jay and The Cove on 13!!!!! I’d recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat!!! We definitely need more people in this world like Jay!!
