Customer service is the priority at Utica Rome Contractors. Tim installed beautiful cabinets in our kitchen remodel 2 years ago. We were told that the cabinets were guaranteed and now, over 2 years later when a drawer soft-close wasn't working, they promptly came out and made the soft-close good again just as we'd been promised they would all those years ago. I live out of state now and my condo needed updating. I was referred, by a friend to call Utica Rome Contractors. Since I could not be here for the remodeling we had to rely on Utica Rome Contractors to get everything done. This is the first time seeing the condo after the remodeling and i am very pleased with the work. They did an outstanding job on everything we ask them to do. They were so easy to work with and very polite. I would definitely recommend them.
Tim with Utica Rome Contractors was incredibly professional and was the best communicator. Scheduling at each step of the remodel was as expected and we felt like we were kept informed through each phase. Utica Rome Contractors did everything you want out of a contractor. They were priced below the many other contractors we researched; they completed the job swiftly and thoroughly; and all the workers were pleasant and respectful. Moreover, when I called them back to fix a minor issue and the crew was out promptly and fixed it. I am 100% satisfied. What more can you ask for?! Job well done!
They were very knowledgeable and professional. They explained their work and delivered on their word. They do great work and were kind and helpful the entire time my kitchen was being remodeled. They got everything done in a timely manner. They are a great construction company that does quality work at a great price.
