The Dr. was Direct teleport and didn’t waste my time. It was great.
Wonderful experience from the time I walked up to the front desk until I walked out the door. Office staff were very friendly and got me checked in quickly. Nurse was so nice. Dr. Jesudass was very professional. I was not understanding my condition, and he took the time to thoroughly explain the situation. Did I get the answer I wanted to hear? No, but now I understand what the problem is and he’s genuinely trying to get me some relief. I REALLY liked him.
Scheduling and appointment was quite easy (they called me , I was referred by my ENT). Wait time in the office and the exam room were minimal. The gastroenterologist was obviously professional . She listened to me and made recommendations based on that and on my past problems. I was very happy and would recommend this practice to others.
