We came in for lab work directly from pediatrics office. Right from the start, the lab office appeared dirty and poorly maintained, which was far from reassuring. Before the blood draw, I asked if they had experience working with children and how they typically proceed. After their explanation and reassurance, they began the procedure. Pediatrician staff super sweet but my baby went through three rounds of antibiotics basically for no reason! On top of that, they charged me 2 office visit to just look at his ears and my 3 yr old sons ears when I went back after the tornado vaccines and referred me to a specialist for no reason:/ so over $300 mistake! I called and they didn’t even try to make it right:/
Several doctors have offices here, it's quite busy but offers close parking, easy access, large elevators.
My Dr won’t return my messages. I am purposefully being ignored and I don’t know why?
