I haven’t even had an appointment yet. I’m going to call my insurance and ask them to switch to somewhere else because every time I call the lady that picks the phone up is very rude and is trying to rush me off the phone and has no manners, has a tone that she does not want to talk to me or like I am stupid. They need to fire her!
I just switched here, and they have accomplished more from my 1st visit than my previous Dr's office has in the last decade. It is a relief to be heard and taken seriously with follow-through on the follow-up.
Absolutely love this office and their staff both office and medical. They only hire the best and it's apparent in the care you receive. I myself transferred my sons care here after seeing them myself. You can't beat a calm, professional and anxiety free Doctor office.
