Let me start, receptionists were very nice. Nurses were very friendly and easy to talk to made me feel comfortable. Then the DR, super attentive and caring I enjoyed conversations and doctor was awesome. I would give this place 10 stars this was first visit new in town and they drew blood right in the office very thorough and professional. Absolutely the best!!!!
Everytime I call in and hear from amber she’s always rude and has a terrible attitude.
Needed medicine that I can’t hop off of cold turkey, and they sent the wrong medicine and 1/3 the dose. Been taking the same meds for years. Very Careless
I haven’t even had an appointment yet. I’m going to call my insurance and ask them to switch to somewhere else because every time I call the lady that picks the phone up is very rude and is trying to rush me off the phone and has no manners, has a tone that she does not want to talk to me or like I am stupid. They need to fire her!
I just switched here, and they have accomplished more from my 1st visit than my previous Dr's office has in the last decade. It is a relief to be heard and taken seriously with follow-through on the follow-up.
