Made an appt about 3 weeks ago because they were booked and I just get a call the day before telling me that the primary care needs to change before they will see my mother. Could they not have said nothing sooner, people take off of work and then they pull this just to waste my time. Don't wait until the day before someone's appt to cancel. Had I known in advance I could have done this then. An I really like this clinic, This is NOT ok. DO BETTER!!!!!!
Just left from my Dr. visit with Dr. Joshi. He and his staff were very friendly and helpful. I did not feel rushed, and they answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend them if you were looking for a Dr.
