Horrible customer service. Garbage, biased insurance, supports and defends clients without license.
Utica does not support you when you have a claim. They miss report on NexisLexis then drop you, making your insurance more expensive with any company.
Speaking as a licensed VA Insurance agent, I cannot say enough good things about Utica. There are so many ways that my customers can save money while keeping valuable options like forgiveness and diminishing deductibles. They offer reasonable deductibles, paperless discounts and the Routley smart phone app to track driving habits for a discount!
