I've always loved this place. Very helpful and if they don't have it they know how to get it. Very responsive! Friendly too!
Brought my 2024 Pete 537 there about 5 different times this past year. Had a hiccup or two with the mechanics and my truck 2xs. Mechanics (and every human) make errors every now and then. In dealing with different truck companies though out my business, I firmly believe Travis (service manager) is the best service manager I have dealt with. Brought my peterbilt 348 in with 3 months of emissions warranty remaining with a check engine light issue. I dealt with Travis in service and very pleasant and professional the whole time. I was notified that my truck was ready after a little over a week there after diagnosis, parts ordered and installation time as well as a couple of non warranty items that needed replacement.
