Brought my peterbilt 348 in with 3 months of emissions warranty remaining with a check engine light issue. I dealt with Travis in service and very pleasant and professional the whole time. I was notified that my truck was ready after a little over a week there after diagnosis, parts ordered and installation time as well as a couple of non warranty items that needed replacement. Brought my 2024 Pete 537 there about 5 different times this past year. Had a hiccup or two with the mechanics and my truck 2xs. Mechanics (and every human) make errors every now and then. In dealing with different truck companies though out my business, I firmly believe Travis (service manager) is the best service manager I have dealt with. I actually yelled at him (loudly) about a mechanics error for about 15 minutes to the point where the police were about to be called to remove me from the premise. Was very good take this load there, very fast, enough room, nice people
If I can give 6 stars on this review I would. Came in late afternoon and they had me in and out by early afternoon next day. What I thought would be a tough week to replace a turbo actuator, only took these people a few hours. A special thank you to Travis, he was very patient and helpful to all my questions, as well as the nice hearted Ree. All the mechanics were awesome, patient and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place for your peterbilt mechanical needs
