These people must do better with their form of communication. To blatantly state they've been trying to get in contact with the "patient" was a bold face lie because #1 There are no calls from UT Health on my phone since January which was a different provider & #2 IF you were why wasn't there a voicemail left like all other providers with regards to said patient? I know why, you NEVER called and the patient has been waiting for a WC approval to get an appointment since the beginning of February. Do better people
Excellent service, friendly staff , I recommend everyone to come visit the experience
The whole team seemed very nice, and were respectful, Dr Schum was courteous and talked about my issue and what the planned next steps will be. Dr Hengen his PA or Junior was especially very helpful and made me comfortable. All the other staff was good also. The wait time was long but that is par for the course when seeing a good busy Dr like Dr. Shum.
The provider was great but I’m not happy about the long wait time.
