12/30:2025 @1:00 p.m Went to get lab work done. I showed up at 1:00p.m . Heather at the front desk said lab was closed until 1:30 pm. Because Patricia is the only person that does lab work and she will be out to lunch until 1:30p.m. Even though it says on the website 1;00pm. I asked for office manager. Heather say Ricardo was too busy to talk to me. Why does it says on the website open at 1:00p.m? And nobody is available until 1:30pm. I drove extra 20 mins to a different location. I was seen within 5 min of arrival. All staff including NP friendly.
