If I could leave 0 stars i would. The worst company ever. Paid $1200 move in security deposit and the following year they increase my RENT, LAST MONTH & SECRUITY deposit never have I ever seen this happen before. At move out I was charged $550 just to paint a bedroom wall. Maria really doesn't no what she's doing. I will stay far away from these folks!
Be prepared to get ripped off!
I rented a home from these people and paid a deposit of 1375. I recently moved out and they left me with $240. They are crooks. Do not rent any properties from these people. I lived in a moldy home with no ac for months! And these people really had the audacity to charge me to repaint walls that they were going to repaint anyway and only the walls in the master needed to be repainted they charged me for the whole house. Just crooked. I’m a single young lady and this was my first apartment. They screwed me over
