The manager and maintenance people are horrible. They don't take anything seriously and if one of the staff doesn't like you they all team up against you. If you have kids don't ever live here. They will call CPS on you for your kids being to loud. They lied and hurt my family.
I am writing to formally log a serious complaint regarding unfair treatment, harassment, and safety concerns at my residence, as well as the distressing response I received from the management office. I feel that I am being unfairly targeted because I have children, in a community that is not kid-friendly. Specifically, I have been falsely accused of leaving trash outside my unit. Winter or summer we get the most beautiful view at Ute Creek. And not to mention the apartments are so comfy and affordable. My husband and I really wanted to find somewhere that feels homey and safe to raise our baby and Ute Creek does just that.
