It is so nice to live at a place that cares about the tenants. We have been here since September and had a bunch of little things happen all at once. The maintenance team is AMAZING and Jose is always on top of every little thing that needs to be taken care of. I felt like a bother at first then Jose told me he would rather we get the stuff fixed even if it's something very small than wait. Thanks Jose and the management team for making me and my family feel so at home here!
The maintenance supervisor Jose was a total creep.. he did some work in my unit in the bathroom and unfortunately for me I was getting ready for work at the time, well when I came back into the bathroom I realized my panties were removed from my shorts and moved to a different area in the bathroom from where the rest of my clothes were. We’ve enjoyed living here overall, but a recent experience has left us disappointed, concerned, and extremely cautious with the management company and owner. The apartment management added a clause to the community garden guidelines asking residents to waive all rights to legal recourse, with no specifics and no discussion. We attempted to discuss with management. We offered specific edits to the contract to address safety concerns (pesticides, etc.).
