I hate this garage, company, and the people that work for the company. I was held hostage for $10 that I already paid but the gate broke and never went up I had to threaten to call the police. No one works on the weekends so if their gates that they don’t manage breaks well guess what your are out of luck buddy might as well call your boss and tell them to just fire you. I've used this parking garage to park at the movie theater right across the street over here in Hyattsville on belcrest Road. However every time I get it validated at the theater I still have to pay full price at the garage. I scanned the ticket with the validation even the person who conducts the scanning says I can't use it it's not showing up and they can't do nothing about.
