Overall it's an up and coming area, however the complex as a whole has a lot to be desired. They tend to wait months to switch the AC and heating over so it's miserable walking around. The gym and community room are usually never cleaned and they don't purchase new equipment for either. Also, someone happened to break into the SECURE parking lot (with cameras) and break my drivers side window. After nagging at them to contact the police, they never did. Management was definitely lackluster.
