This bid was one of 5 other bids we had and the owner offered some good ideas that made us feel comfortable with their services. We paid 1/2 down to get going. I had requested cabinet grade paint and wanted to verify this to the owner - his response “no one has ever complained about our paint” I was never given a straight up answer as to what they used. 3 weeks later, they came to do the install.
