Skyler Smith was super helpful for us in finding our new home! He also helped us in our negotiations with the seller and worked with them to come to an agreement that was acceptable to both of us. He took time to understand what we wanted and did a lot of research and investigation behind the scenes. He is knowledgeable about the area, very responsive, and has great contacts. Once we found the right place, we closed really fast. Highly recommend!
As first time home buyers, we were stressed about this process but Skyler was there to answer our million questions, had great referrals for maintenance/inspections the home needed, and good guidance on what’s worth our time and money. And, over all, was very honest with us throughout the search process which gave us a lot of confidence in the home we landed on.
