Utah Wicked Wrench Auto LLC is a unicorn. Marvin and Miguel are not only highly skilled technicians, they are honest and passionate about doing the job right. Their shop is the only one I have been to that I don't worry about the quality of work or whether I'm being upsold. These gentlemen are simply the best. If you want to ensure optimum operation of your vehicle, understand what repairs are needed (and why) and be treated with integrity, look no further. I will never take any of my vehicles anywhere else.
Let me start by saying we are NOT bougie. We bought a used Mercedes Benz in December. Unfortunately, a couple weeks in we had issues, a check engine light and a dead battery. We went to one place in Layton, by Sams Club, and their estimate came in over $8k, and they didn't know that would fix it. YIKES! That's almost what we paid for the car. These guys are incredible! I’ve been trying to find a place to take our sprinter van other than having to go to the dealer in Farmington for over three years. Play team over communicated on where everything was at, one above and beyond two add some extra points of finishing touch to the service I needed, and are just super friendly happy people to work with. I’ll never take my van anywhere else again!
I absolutely adore their services! They have such an impressive understanding of those intricate European car systems, and their friendly customer service makes every visit a delight. It truly feels like they care, and that makes all the difference!
