This place is so shady. They have multiple Facebook pages. They threaten to sue people if they leave negative reviews. Which they did to me for my one star google review. Some of their positive reviews appear to be biased and solicited after receiving negative reviews. I’m sorry but if you don’t want negative reviews then you work to do a better job. My son took a dog to Utah Veterinary Hospital for X-rays before her due date. They charged twice as much as any other vet ($203) that we used for X-rays before. They didn't let him go in because of covid. They took forever. When they brought the dog back to the car, my son couldn't find the debit card. He had a flight to make, and left to come get the card from home, so he could make his flight on time. We couldn't find it, and he had to leave for the airport. I called them later to pay. 1st of all, I love these guys!!! Dr. Rivera and Taylor are absolutely theeee best. they have the best interest at heart for my fur babies... The only problem I have with these guys is that after all the money I've spent, and they know I dont have alot, they charged me for a printed prescription for my April's food which I thought was REALLY TACKY and shame on whomever thought up that one. Yes! They have always taken the time to give the proper care to my dogs and puppies. You can ask me directly why I don’t recommend several other vets around town.
They helped me through the process of putting my dog down with very courteous behavior.
They provided excellent, professional care
Took care of us and our pets!
Never take an animal here!! Staff is very rude! The owner himself is a crook!
