Great place to take your car Just to comment on what Kuncheng Z. said about the inspection. Auto shops aren''t the ones in charge of what passes the inspection or not, that is the state. So if a car doesn't pass the inspection, it isn't the shops fault. They are just following the rules the state has given them. I am a long time satisfied customer and they have top notch service.
Satisfied long-time customers We have been customers of the 420 South 500 East, SLC, tire store for many years. They are knowledgeable, fair, and accommodating; everything you'd want in your local mechanic or tire store. They do not have the very lowest prices, because they do not give the very lowest service. You can spend all day looking for a cheaper deal, and then you find it's not that much cheaper, and not always the same quality. When you find someone good, fair, and reasonable, stick with them!
An expensive place It is a very expensive place. I have been there twice. They charge $350 to change the brake plates. And I think they gave me two used ones, which make my car shakes when I press my brake. And there auto inspection is too strict, which means they want to make money from you by not letting you pass the inspection. I would never go there again
