Blinds were installed by Cole. Paid $5,000. Everything seemed great. We were promised service if things went wrong. A few months in we’ve had a couple issues and we’ve tried getting ahold of Cole. No response. Tried texting and calling many times. No response. It’s been three months. No response.
Great experience working with Cole. Easy process and fast installation.
Cole did a great job and our blinds were delivered the day we wanted! We were a little disappointed that there was a bump with the requested product being unavailable but with Cole’s guidance we were able to get another product that would be ready for our move in day. Definitely pleased with the service.
The brothers were super approachable and very helpful. I totally recommend!
