My referral to here was smooth and surprisingly quick considering how long it usually takes to get a rheumatology appt elsewhere. I had Matthew Call for a couple years and then Steven Call when he left, and both are very knowledgeable and thorough and listen well. The medical assistants are difficult to get a hold of through phone and I've had more luck using the online patient portal, but that's nothing. This place is great.

Went here for years until Matthew Call unexpectedly stopped practicing earlier this year. This happened with no notice and they didn’t contact me at all to let me know. I only found out when I called to reschedule an appointment after their system was trying to confirm with me (you’d think you’d get all appointments canceled for someone who doesn’t work there anymore and have a communication game-plan).
