Went here for years until Matthew Call unexpectedly stopped practicing earlier this year. This happened with no notice and they didn’t contact me at all to let me know. I only found out when I called to reschedule an appointment after their system was trying to confirm with me (you’d think you’d get all appointments canceled for someone who doesn’t work there anymore and have a communication game-plan). Dr. Steven Call and all the staff Utah Valley rheumatology are amazing! If it was not for Dr. Call, I would not have gotten my life back. He was able give me a treatment plan that helped me return to my Physical and intense demanding job, as well as my active lifestyle. Boy there's staff over there. Does not know what they're doing. None of the nurses they're giving you the runaround. They don't call you back. I've been a month and a half waiting for my approval on my infusions and when they send it into my insurance company they send in the wrong facility. I'm supposed to have it at and the wrong disease. They put it down for Crohn's disease not rheumatoid arthritis. I wouldn't even give them one star that is the worst office I have ever dealt with uneducated staff and nurses.
