Incompetent staff at the front desk. Lied about communication. Really liked Dr Darley but unfortunately his move to this clinic was not a great move.
Dr great, so far not impressed with the office after the change. Called in my prescription 5 days ago and it hasn't been called in, and I'm not able to contact them because they will not turn their voice message off. Either that or their information on time of operation is in error. I would think 9:50 in the morning would be fine to call, especially when they say they are open at 9am.
I was referred from my Ent for some swallowing issues and have been on a mostly liquid diet due to not being able to swallow solid food for 3 weeks. When I got a call to schedule an ap pointment the earliest I could get in was end of March 2026! I guess what I might have isnt life threatening sine I am scheduled is far in the future. I is it really that hard to get into this type of a dr? I hope I dont waste away from malnutrition before I get to be seen.
Dr Call is a GOOD doctor. You can tell he really cares about his patients and understands what he practices. He was prompt in finding answers while still being thorough. I could not be more grateful that I got an appointment here.
Dr. Matthew Call is an amazing rheumatologist in town! He will always listen to my concerns and thoughts first. Then he will educate me about the medicines and the importance of good diet and sleep. The staff including Zoe are so flexible with the appointments! Love you guys!
