Sent to collections without receiving a bill. And it’s for $32.....
Why are they billing people without even receiving their services and not even sending a bill but selling it to a collection agency... I should sue you for the scam you are pulling on me.
At the beginning of the month (July) I was told by one of their employees I had to pay my bill ON or BEFORE July 31st to avoid being sent to collections. So I call yesterday (July 31, 2017) around 11 AM to pay my bill, and they tell me that they had already sent it to collections that morning! Absolutely ridiculous. So I was charged a fee and they wouldn't take it off even though it was THEIR EMPLOYEE who told me wrong.
I never received a bill either, and now I have been sent to collections!
