Good doctors and staff. Sketchy billing. UVP waited EIGHT months to send us a bill for a visit. Bill came with interest charges that were being tacked on monthly + a threaten of collections. How can you ethically threaten collections on a bill that was sent eight months too late?
We see Dr McCune regularly for our two girls and he is absolutely incredible by the way, but we needed to come in on a day he wasn’t available. We saw Nolan Padilla at this location and he was also amazing. He has great bedside manner and really helped us work through what might be going on with our daughter. I’ve been to multiple UVPediatric locations and have always been so pleased with all their staff and providers. I highly recommend them to everyone who might need care for their littles.
They have it together. Overall made a great experience for my kids!
