Been coming here for years. Great doctors there and it is a very family friendly place. Great pediatric care.
Our experience at Utah Valley Pediatrics was extremely disappointing. During our visit, staff brought a vaccine into the room already drawn up to administer to our infant son. As parents, we simply asked to verify the expiration date before it was given. Wanting to confirm basic information about a medication being administered to our child felt like a very reasonable request. Huge fan of the American Fork office. My 2 girls see Dr. Mumford and he's always positive, helpful, interactive, and just a talented pediatrician. This is a bit of a side note but when my littlest was 5 days old we all got the stomach flu and pink eye and I was so worried that my newborn would get sick and end up in the ER. I called the pediatrician's office in tears, obviously a wreck 5 days postpartum and one of their nurses consoled me without judgement and talked me down.
