We love Utah Valley Peds! Dr Jones is our main pediatrician and he has been fantastic for this first time Mom. He is kind, knowledgeable and great at easing worries and supportive of our choices. Would recommend him 100%. We have also seen Todd, the PA and at this point I'm pretty sure he and my son are besties with how often we have been in. 😂 He is great! If I could put zero stars, I would. Dr. Wilcox completely misdiagnosed my son and he ended up in the ER because of it. I get that not everyone is perfect, but a mistake like this could have ended up so much worse than it did. I would not recommend this office, let alone this doctor, to anyone looking to get the best care possible for their kids.
Dr fraughten is amazing and so caring. She was so sweet and patient with my daughter. I love this place and will continue going for as long as possible
Dropping another star. Update from this morning's visit. Five ladies at the front desk, one on the phone. Im told even though the other four are doing nothing the only one who can help is the one on the phone. This is very typical. We only keep coming here for some very specific reasons. I would never recommend this location to anyone. We have been with Dr Conner for over 20 years. We love and trust her. Unfortunately, the office staff (front desk and billing) do not get the same endorsement. They are rude and so unhelpful. ... read more
