These guys are GOOD! I called yesterday afternoon and they were here right on time this afternoon. Found the problem with my air conditioner and explained the problems that were the culprits. Repaired and cleaned my AC unit and made certain that everything was working well before they left. They did this all in 90+ direct heat with no complaints. Kudos to Troy and Chad for great service and care of customers.

Utah Valley Heating & Cooling Is best Heating & Cooling in all of Utah county, An my Dad Troy Larkin and my Uncle Chad Larkin Are the Presidents of Utah Valley Heating & Cooling Its been awhile but I been helping both my uncle chad an my dad With there work, so they can get done faster with work :) Its awesome working with my Dad an my Uncle chad with the work they do :)
Bad Service!!! Last year they sold me a new Amana furnace when mine wouldn't work. This year my furnace wouldn't turn on and I have been calling them for a week asking them to come out and service the furnace. They promised a technician would call, but he never did. I have been calling them for a week asking for assistance with no success.
Fixed Right Or It's Free My furnace had some problem and we don't have enough heat in a very cold winter, so I called around for furnace repair shops. Utah Valley Heating & Cooling's price is not the cheapest, but they offered to fix it right or it's free, and I felt more confident about their service. Turned out it was a good cohice. The not only fixed the problem, also gave me good tips on how to maintain and how to cut down on gas bill. Very happy.
