Root canals are supposed to be painful...Not with Dr Creer. I have a very hard time getting numb and only trust 1 dentist to handle my care. Now I have another. Absolutely top notch care with him and his staff. I am less than 20 hours after the procedure, and I am not taking anything for pain. 10/10 would do it again, with no reservations!
Went in for a consultaion and was very impressed with Dr. Creer and his staff. They did not make me feel rushed at all. He spent a lot of time going over everything and answered my all my questions in full.
Dr. Creer was fantastic! Just like everyone else, I went in highly apprehensive about my root canal. But the process was virtually painless. The only discomfort came during the injection of the numbing agent, which I would compare to gently pressing the edge of a fingernail into my gum. Very tolerable. I felt nothing else as Dr. Creer worked through the procedure, explaining each step as he went along. He also spent significant time discussing the procedure with me before he started. This man wasted my time and money. Unethical practice.
DR Creer and his staff were awesome during my root canal. He explained each step, and was very gentle. For anyone that expierences dental trauma or anxiety, this is a clinic you need to get into. I was so numb I didn't feel a single thing. From the dental asistant, to the front desk gals, and the doc, thank you for helping me.
