This past Saturday night we attended a wedding reception on the second floor. The majority of parking is on the North end, all the handicap spaces also. All North end elevators were locked out and only stairs accessible. The only option for a handicapped person was to travel the full city block to the South end. Our group of seniors were not to happy of our options....Walk a block or climb a hundred stairs...
