This is a six-month review of my experience with the company and the manufacturer, Criterion. The representative who assisted me was Eli. Eli and his staff were extremely accommodating when I traveled from Las Vegas, NV to pick up my trailer. A couple of quick notes: the overall process was smooth and well-facilitated by the staff. Thank You Lee!! All the employees are very knowledgeable and the Raynger trailer is a BEAST!! I got the 18 footer with 5200lb torsion axles and 32 inch off road tires. No bathroom no toilet. Just a very nice trailer with couches, bed and AC unit. Also has a lockable generator box one the tongue and adjustable coupler. You really have to see this in person to appreciate the build quality. Not too impressed with my look trailer I purchased in 2021. I have less than a thousand miles on it since I bought it. And already have issues. Paint peeling off of the trim within the first two years. All my reflectors popped off due to them gluing them halfway on the thick trim peices and half on the side walls so the heat expansion shot them all off. Sent my 25' trailer in for warranty. The wall dividers melted due to the trailer getti g way too hot inside. It's been 4 months since I've seen my trailer last. Very little communication from both the dealer and shop. They claim that they are waiting on a "shipment" to come in . Does a shipment take 4 months to come in? The shop said that they would buy the parts outside from Nomad due to me waiting so long yet here we are. No updates still. Excellent team effort and patience with me to help me find the trailer to meet my needs. Thank you, Eli and team for helping me with a loaded and secured stack of four trailers to haul back home to Kodiak, AK! Superb job! The trailer load made the 3,000 mile journey with me to Alaska with no issues!!
