Their Flash Seats app for entry to the rodeo was a complete failure. If I didn't have access to my email confirmation we would not have gotten in. Their instructions on the app are a fail, lack of printed tickets-fail. Lack of information to their employees at the gate on how to handle the problem - major fail. The app does not have the seat location They were going to send me to the administration building to get tickets. Even though I had their app with Barcode.
Love the fair. The food is great. The weather is always perfect.
I absolutely love Utah state fair I look forward to it every year.
