As a former patient here, I would recommend both this office and the physicians, HOWEVER the physicians have RETIRED and this location is CLOSED AND NO LONGER IN BUSINESS. I was unable to get the website to work from my phone as it was giving a "too many redirects" error, but if you go to the website from your computer, you will see the notice of closing (attached to this review), with necessary contact information for medical records. As stated by others the staff is horrific, unprofessional and rude. From terrible scheduling, non response to emails, to sending emails with results that have no signature nor description that look like the spam emails you get daily(see picture), to blaming us for not receiving a statement for the Dr zoom call that was billed separately (after we had already paid cash for the study) and then to making threats of collections on their first phone call for payment, this is the last place on the planet I would recommend for anyo... read more
Dr Pfeffer is wonderful. She’s really taken her time with my kids and navigating their needs.
I waited for an hour to receive a text for our appointment that I called in about just 5 minutes previous to verify the instructions for a telemedicine appointment. I was told that the doctor was busy and would get to me, I waited and waited and then called and was told that I would need to reschedule. It would have been nice to have some follow through in their part.
