I don’t love that they purchase phone numbers and send out texts. I did not request information or opt in to your outreach. Especially when the text message is just “Hi this is {Agent Name} with Utah Select Realty” Don’t contribute to spam.

This review is for other Realtors who are interested in potentially joining USR for their brokerage. I worked as a Realtor with Utah Select Realty for almost a year and a half. I just counted 37 transactions, so I was busy! In that time I had (1) great support from the Principal Broker who was very fast in responding to my many questions, (2) fast processing of my commissions, (3) low commission splits, (4) wonderful and instructive interactions with the other agents there, and (5) great technical support for the transaction... read more
