This Rainbow is one of the worst purchases ! Its an over priced stinky loud vacuum ! We worked to pay off the vacuum but only got half way , they say all these things to get you to buy it and change the story to benefit them not you ! Darlene makes it look so easy to work off the vacuum, it is not at all and when youre not able to get 30 of your own people and mostly buyers then your credit is ruined if you can't afford or want to pay for it , its not a "soft pull" like they say , the company you finance through are loan sha... read more

We bought our Rainbow almost 5 years ago, it's been a really great purchase. I finally got around to taking our unit in for it's first service, and I will say the guy is awesome! He really took the time to answer all my questions. A few things to note that are not what I expected: our parts warranty actually expired last December. I found things out that I don't think we're what the rep told us when she bought it, such as new filters not being covered by the warranty. The products seem top tier—we’re interested in pursuing a purchase down the line!—but the “demo” was totally exhausting. We were told it would be 45-60 minutes and “no pressure.” Two hours and what felt like a million payment plan options later (after saying we don’t do debt and would only purchase outright if and when we did purchase), we are absolutely drained. The salesman was nice enough and the actual demo of the products were cool and informative, but the appointment was nothing like the expectations they set.

Don’t buy this garbage. We bought a unit from them almost 3 years ago. Left the machine for repairs at the Orem store on multiple occasions. The unit didn’t even last 2 months before breaking 3 times. The store manager at the time promised to make it better. Fast forward 2 years a new manager now threatens legal action to bring back a unit that was left in there store for repairs. I wouldn’t recommend this brand to anyone.
