I would leave 0 stars if i could. Essentially this product is nice. However after a 3.5 hour demo (was told it would be an hour) we were pressured into getting this vaccum. Financed it because the vaccum is expensive and not once were we told we had 72 hours to cancel and return the product. Kept calling to try to return and went days without a response. Was told i was not past my 3 day window and was locked into a contract and stuck with this product I HAVE NEVER USED and was told that no retailer would accept a product 30 ... read more

Great machine, when it works. Service centers few and far between. We bought an SRX 3-4 years ago. It seemed like a great investment. Worked well, seemed like the air was cleaner, and it pulled up more than we could have imagined out of the carpet. it was also nice to have the extra special attachments, like carpet cleaner, etc. Shortly after we bought it (within a year) we were informed of a recall.
