If you don't read this whole review just know this is an A+ company. Our radon levels were over 8 and are now at just 0.5! Thanks Hyrum and Eli. The great experience started with the first phone call. They scheduled a free short initial appointment where we reviewed options. I called two other radon services and those companies wanted to charge for an initial appointment. Both did get me estimates and were competitive but couldn't actually say with any confidence on if my install could be done externally where Utah radon de... read more

I appreciated the fact that the group out of Springville would make a house call and explain what they would do BEFORE they actually installed. No one else offered to do that. They also were very careful and clean when they installed and left no trace that they had been in my home except for the pipes which they ran inside our garage and out through the roof. They also knew that we would need our roofing contractor to be here and cut through our stone coated metal roofing as they started to set up piping. It was a smooth... read more

Utah Radon Defense was absolutely top-notch from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and clearly took pride in their work. They did a fantastic job installing our system and went above and beyond compared to other companies in the valley—not only with the installation itself, but also with thorough testing to make sure they had proper coverage. After doing a lot of research, I decided to go with Utah Radon Defense, and I’m really glad I did. Their expertise and commitment to quality made the whole process ... read more

I got 2 nearly identical quotes for my radon mitigation system and chose Utah Radon Defense because J.J. explained the process the best and actually walked my home via a video call. When Hyrum came for the install, he put down carpet runners and wore booties over his shoes to keep our house tidy. He was able to run the pipe into the garage and then up through the roof with the fan in the attic. The system looks and is working great. I highly recommend.

They were willing to come to the house to evaluate how to install the system and answer all our questions and resolve all our concerns. Their quote was fair and detailed. The installers were also professional, did a walkthrough before starting and ensured we were all on the same page before work started. Their work was excellent and they did exactly what they said they would do. We purchased a radon monitor and the levels have come down to the safe level. All of the people we interacted with were great. Highly recommend this... read more
