The positive reviews are what led me to use Utah Pros Restoration, unfortunately my experience was nowhere near what I was hoping for. What was supposed to be 1-2 weeks of work turned into 6 weeks due to lack of accountability and project management skills. Not a professional experience in the slightest where I as a customer had to repeatedly follow up to get updates and next steps. I'm impressed with Moroni and his team! They are honest and upfront and show great care in their work. I love using local Utah companies and am happy to have them in my back pocket. Highly recommend for any sorts of restoration - water damage, mold, fire, etc.
