I rented a house from Mike for 1 year, I dont know if he just talks down to people or its just how he talks but he wasn't pleasant to talk with. We keept the house in great condition and returned it in a better state then what we rented it from but every time I talked to him i felt as if there was a lack of respect, and I was kind and did every thing he asked every time.
