We hired Bryan to do a complete inspection of our new home. Bryan's inspection report came back with very few issues, the issues that were noted were minor and easy to fix. Fast forward a month later when we finally move on and my wife goes to use the oven, after about 2 minutes it belching a heavy acrid smoke out the top oven.
