Andrew is so unprofessional and truly sounds arrogant over the phone. I called him to inquire about a property and all his responses were short and dry with little to no information. He didn’t take me serious at all and I’m a more serious buyer than he knows. Only reason I am no longer pursuing the deal is because I don’t want his name on any deal I do. So many good realtors in Utah I don’t know why anyone would choose this guy to represent them.
I just wanted to say I have had a great experience working with Andrew. I searched for a Realtor for a couple weeks before I decided to use Andrew and his team. They were close to me in Draper and that was just an added bonus. The whole process went great and I am extremely happy.
We lucked into finding Andrew Gutierrez as a realtor. He has been the best realtor we have ever dealt with. He was able to do everything for us (sell our home, buy our home, find financing for our home). Andrew saved us thousands of dollars!!
