The staff as a whole is incredibly rude and incompetent. Doctors could care less about the patients. Update: Went to TOSH for a second opinion and saved $1200 in unnecessary tests this place insisted was necessary. Stay far away!!!!

Dr. Fukashima is the best doc for your knee! I Highly Recommend him! He will get you back to full recovery, if not even better shape!!
When I went for a follow up visit with my son, we were seen by the doctor's PA. In other surgeries with other orthopedics we have ALWAYS seen the doctor on the follow up visit. His PA actually told my son that he didn't have to go to physical therapy, that he could do it himself at home! What?!? I wish that we would have come back to Provo where his regular surgeon, Dr. Richard Jackson, could have done the surgery. We were treated much better by his office staff and by him than we were by Dr Hawes. I tried to call the office... read more
What a joke. Find out the day of that the doctor has suddenly cancelled the appointment and now I can't be seen for until 10 days from now when I have a painful broken bone that needs surgery? No apologies or effort to fit me in or anything. Waste of time
