My son saw Dr. Knorr for over a year usually about every 2 weeks. We stopped over the summer bc of different activities and then Dr. Knorr got COViD and cancelled for a few weeks. After a little time had passed I tried reaching out to Dr. Knorr via email and phone calls. I left 1 voicemail and numerous emails. In the past he was always good and and prompt about responding to emails. He never responded, called, messaged absolutely nothing.
