These guys are the real deal. From the pre-approval process all the way through closing they were kind, thorough, and took their time answering all of our questions and explaining everything to us. They even were thoughtful enough to send us gifts in congratulating us on buying a home. They got back to us right away and were fair and honest!!
I had a good experience working with Greg Marchant during the process of purchasing a home, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others. I got frequent updates from him during the process, and enjoyed talking with him and sharing stories about a part of the country we both used to live at. I also received a few thoughtful gifts for working with Utah Mortgage.
From the moment I emailed Pierre about home mortgages he has been very quick to respond and follow up, as well as give me a ton of information! He went above and beyond helping us first time home buyers be informed and sail through the process. He took many confused calls and answered all my questions with patience. I was debating between 3 different companies, while Pierre gave me the best rate, I still would have picked him as I felt the most comfortable with him and appreciated his dedication to us. So far Pierre has been great and very informative and has helped us learn about the crazy world of rates and mortgages. He offered better plans the the competitors and seems to have a nice friendly touch that helps you feel more comfortable moving forward. Will update review further down the road as needed as everything unfolds, but hopefully it'll stay 5 star.
When buying a home the last thing you want is financing problems or a shady lender. My wife and I have been working with the Marchant team and they have been SUPER helpful! Every question has been answered and in a timely manner. I am the third person in my family to use Russ Marchant and couldn't be any happier. Utah Mortgage Loan Corporation is the place to go. Wether you are first time buyers, changing houses or refinancing the Marchant team is highly recommended.
So far so good, my husband and I are buying our very first home and Russ has been awesome. We got the best rate that we could get and they helped us work through everything so we knew what was going on the whole and what to expect!
