Jake is a magician! My wife and I went into our first home purchase with apprehension after scouring the market with a couple teams of clearly predatory individuals and working with Jake was night-and-day different. Our realtor told us it would be a rollercoaster-ride and when the lows hit Jake was in the trenches working to give us actionable options, 10/10 experience.
