The Owner bought a cabinet from me and sent his workers to pick it up. They put deep scratches in my brand new floor getting it out of my house. When I contacted the owner he didn’t apologize and even tried blaming toys being in their way and lying saying they carried it out. I had specifically told him they needed to come with a dolly and some muscle. I didn’t feel I needed to explain that old floors or new that you should NEVER slide twist and turn furniture on a floor.
