I did a lot of research before booking and chose Utah Medical Massage specifically because of the higher price point and the word “Medical” in the name — I expected a much higher level of expertise. I even messaged ahead of time asking to be scheduled with their most experienced, technically skilled therapist. They gave me a recommendation, and I rearranged my schedule to make it work. I had booked a “lymphatic drainage massage” on my birthday. (My first massage ever) I knew what a lymphatic drainage massage was supposed to be like and was quite excited. The massuer literally tapped my whole body, very light no drainage stimulation at all. Not to mention I booked an hour for there at 10 and sat in the waiting room for 15 minutes so didn’t get started till 10:20 and right at 11 she said that all our time. Laura - excellent knowledge of what she is doing. Has the strength to do very deep or as light as requested/needed. If she doesn't know something about an injury, she is willing to look up the details to better work with a specific injury. Pleasant conversation.
Very professional, clean, and welcoming clinic that has a friendly staff and very knowledgeable and amazing therapists. It is a wonderful environment to work as a therapist as well. I highly recommend their services, as well as any therapist looking for a great team to work with.
As a Air Force veteran who suffered from pretty bad knee, back and shoulder pain I was referred here and have been more than pleased with the results that I have received from my work Kaylor Miller has been doing with me! Not only is he very personable but and knowledgeable, he actually cares about his skill and takes the time to explain things. Everyone one there also makes it a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend them and their work!!!
